During this stage we conduct highly targeted search assignments to specifically meet our client's needs. If required, and talent is not available in house - a secondary recruitment phase is actioned for external candidates. Post selection, the new recruits are interviewed by a senior staff member, trade tested and certified medically fit before recruitment.
